I’m Jen Marie, a Brooklyn-born nurse, fitness coach, and woman who knows how hard it is to choose yourself in the middle of real life. I’ve been a nurse for over 10 years, trained as a psychiatric nurse, and for more than 6 years I’ve helped women transform their bodies both in person and online.
My weight-loss journey hasn’t been linear. Years ago, I lost over 60 pounds, then life happened—difficult relationships, long 12-hour shifts, burnout, stress, and emotional eating led me to gain over 100 pounds back. Today, I’m down 40 pounds and rebuilding my health, discipline, and confidence one day at a time.
As a psychiatric nurse, I believe transformation is physical, mental, and emotional. My coaching is built for busy women with real lives. I don’t believe in crash diets or extremes—only sustainable change, rebuilding confidence, and prioritizing your health without giving up your life.
My mission is to help women restart their journey and become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of themselves—for life.
